During the period of 14 days after receiving your total order, you have the option to revoke. You are in time to revoke if you send your revocation before this period has expired. During this 14-day withdrawal period you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You should only unpack the product to the extent that you can assess whether you wish to keep the product.
Please note the following when returning:
The 14-day cooling-off period applies only to those products purchased from Eagleon's online store.
You can revoke the purchase contract within a period of 14 days after receipt of your total order and without giving any reason, you are in time with revocation if you send the revocation before this period has expired.
To optimize the processing of your return, we recommend that you use the model withdrawal form and attach a copy of your invoice to the return shipment.
Refund
If you have paid an amount, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after revocation, using the same means of payment you used to pay. Eagleongolf (part of JNT E-Comm) may delay the refund until it has received the goods back or the consumer has proven that the goods have been delivered to Eagleongolf, whichever comes first. There are no administrative fees associated with the refund for you.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and the risk of shipment from your address to our facility.
If you are returning an order in its entirety, you will be refunded the total invoice amount including shipping costs. If you partially return an order, you will only be refunded the item value. Have you opted for evening delivery? These extra costs (€0,75) are for your own account, these costs will not be refunded.
Can you return the item after use?
You are liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return Procedure
You can return products to us in this way:
Step 1: Download the return form and fill it out as completely as possible.
Step 2: Send your order.
Please note, send your order along with the completed return form to the address listed on that form. Make sure there is a track and trace number on your return package to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Upon receipt of the package by us, we will assess the return and will ensure that the purchase amount is back into your account within 14 working days.
